A fast-acting, one-time service that delivers up to 30 days of residual protection. Includes interior and exterior treatment targeting:

- Common hiding areas for pests

Advanced One-Time Treatment
Starting at $125 for most homes and small commercial buildings
Provides up to 90 days of protection with the same comprehensive coverage as the Basic Treatment, using stronger residual insecticides for longer-lasting control.
German Cockroach Treatment
Starting at $125 (follow-up visit $75 if needed)
Our specialized treatment aims to eliminate infestations on the first visit. Using powerful insecticides, growth regulators, and — when necessary — vacuum extraction, we ensure fast relief and lasting results for up to 6 months.
Treatment time: 30 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on severity.

Flea Treatment
Starting at $125 for one room
- $25 per additional room
We combine fast-acting chemicals with client education for best results. Vacuum daily for 7–10 days to help trigger flea pupae to hatch and ensure complete elimination.
If treated indoors, occupants may need to vacate for 2 hours post-treatment. Safe for pets and family once dry.
Wasp, Hornet, Yellow Jacket & Bee Treatment
Starting at $100
We use low-odor, potent insecticides that deliver near-immediate results.
For indoor treatments, temporary evacuation may be required for safety.
Ant Treatment
Starting at $75 (inside)
Yard mound treatment: $50 + $5 per mound after the first 10 mounds.
Effective ant control targeting indoor colonies or outdoor mounds for lasting results.
Spider Treatment
Starting at $75 (inside or outside)
Optional Extended Protection: +$100
Includes dusting behind shutters and along eaves for 6 months of spider protection — highly recommended in areas prone to spider activity.
Some spiders can “balloon” and fly with the wind, so extended protection may be needed for ongoing relief.
Rodent Control
Starting at $125
We may use UV light to detect rodent trails and place tamper-resistant bait stations strategically for quick, safe elimination.
Termite & Fungus Control
Termite Contracts:
We have 3 different options for termite control.
1. TRELONA REPAIR CONTRACT – Use of the TRELONA termite baiting system. Install fee starting at $700.00 for up to 200 Lin’ feet of perimeter protection. Additional $5 per Lin’ foot after first 200 feet. Comes with a $25,000 (per occurrence) repair policy, and renews annually for $460 or $115/QTR. Comes with 1 annual termite inspection and bait system monitoring service. Guaranteed use of liquid termiticide to treat any areas of the structure(s) if termites are found during the length of the contract. 3. STANDARD NON REPAIR LIQUID CONTRACT – Use of Liquid Termiticide to fully treat the entire structure(s) including but not limited to, block/brick foundation, concrete slabs such as patios, porches, sidewalks, garage/carports, basement, and trenching around perimeter of structure(s) to apply termiticide in all applicable areas in compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as product labeling. Yearly renewal fee starting at $150. Cost of initial treatment will vary according to size of home.
Wood Decaying Fungi and Wood Destroying Beetles:
We use an industry proven solution of BORA-CARE to effectively treat the fungi and/or wood destroying beetles. We use a blue spray indicator so that it is obvious where the treatment was applied inside of the crawl space area. Treatments are claimed to last the lifetime of the wood as long as the wood is protected and dry. As an added bonus, it also helps prevent termites! Our minimum price for any BORA-CARE job is $350 and it covers up to 400 sq ft. We charge an additional $50 per 100 sq ft being treated. Polyethylene 6 MIL Vapor Barrier (Crawl space ground cover):
Our poly jobs start at .50 cents per sq ft. Minimum of $350.
Poly is a vital necessity for controlling moisture and wood destroying organisms in the crawl space area beneath your house. Having the ground properly covered helps prevent ground moisture from evaporating and soaking into your floor system creating conditions conducive to wood decaying fungi as well as welcoming termites.
Foundation Vents :
We charge $75 per vent to remove old vent(s) and install new.
We charge $125 per vent to cut new hole in foundation to install new vent(s).
Like poly, vents are vital for keeping the climate under your house at ideal conditions. Temperature and humidity play a huge roll in the overall climate inside of your crawl space. We use automatic vents that work off of a mechanical coil spring to either close or open at the ideal temperature. These vents come in either black or brown and keep your house looking great on the outside as well as inside of the crawl space.
AWIR’s / Wood Infestation Reports.
We charge $150 to perform wood infestation reports. This cost covers administrative fees to handle the paperwork, while simultaneously compensating the Licensed technician for performing the inspection. We understand that closing on a house can be stressful, and lots of gears are turning behind the scenes to make it happen. We value our customers and appreciate realtors time. We work quickly to get on the job and to deliver when it matters most. We promise a 24 hour guarantee from the initial order to delivery of the required paperwork.
